Performance Assessment of Robust P&O Algorithm Using Optimal Hypothetical Position of Generator Speed

چکیده

To improve the performance of recent perturb and observe (P&O) maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithms, an intelligent robust P&O (IR-PO) algorithm is investigated for variable-speed wind energy conversion systems (WECSs). The proposed IR-PO reduces search area (MPP) by using optimal hypothetical position generator speed. Initially, assesses speed via a simple estimation (WSE) which adopts considerable miscalculation. So, specified not accurate in turn influences overall dynamic performance. Hence, assumes that operation estimated hypothetical, from this virtual it begins to real Below position, large adaptive step-sizes are established rapidly tightens searching MPP. Otherwise, very small applied. only hunts MPP with low-speed fluctuations around MPP, but also evades error both speeds. verify superiority algorithm, compared other MPPT algorithms. As result smallest settling time 4.42% increase system efficiency, accomplished. Furthermore, assessment confirmed data (Hokkaido-Island, Japan) MATLAB/SIMULINK.

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...

the role of application of dynamic assessment approach in improvement of iranian efl writing performance at different language proficiency levels

the present study sought to investigate the role of dynamic assessment (da) in improvement of iranian efl writing performance at different language proficiency levels. to this end, after conducting the quick placement test, 60 iranian efl learners were assigned to two groups with different language proficiency levels. in both groups each participant wrote two compositions, one before and one af...

A New Robust Bootstrap Algorithm for the Assessment of Common Set of Weights in Performance Analysis

The performance of the units is defined as the ratio of the weighted sum of outputs to the weighted sum of inputs. These weights can be determined by data envelopment analysis (DEA) models. The inputs and outputs of the related (Decision Making Unit) DMU are assessed by a set of the weights obtained via DEA for each DMU. In addition, the weights are not generally common, but rather, they are ve...

Robust Optimal Speed Tracking Control of a Current Sensorless Synchronous Reluctance Motor Drive using a New Sliding Mode Controller

This paper describes the robust optimal incremental motion control of a current  sensorless synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM), which can be specified by any desired speed profile. The control scheme is a combination of conventional linear quadratic (LQ) feedback control method and sliding mode control (SMC). A novel sliding switching surface is employed first, that makes the states of the Sy...
